A most elegant 1940’s wedding dress with matching jacket. The dress and jacket
are so classically beautiful with such a flattering fit.

The ivory fabric has a beautiful Lily of the Valley design woven into it.

The dress is sleeveless, has an attractive sweetheart neckline, a zip to the
back and a full circle skirt (it would also look fabulous with full
underskirts). The bodice of the dress is lined.

The long sleeved jacket is fitted to the waist and has fabric covered buttons
to the front and at the wrists. It also has a hook and eye fastener at the
waist.

The dress and jacket are both in excellent condition. There are a couple of
minor issues:
- the buttons on the jacket front are slightly discoloured and show signs of
wear. You might want to replace the buttons with some you prefer.
- there are 2 very small breaks in the fabric, one on the skirt and one on the
back of the jacket. These are not complete holes and are difficult to see due
to drape and fabric design.
