orders are back to you for proofing within 24 hours of receiving your order &

♥ WHERE DO I PRINT THIS? ♥
Staples, FedEx/Kinkos, OfficeMax, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Smartpress.com,
Catprint.com, VistaPrint.com, or a local print shop. Sizes and availability
vary by location. Your chart/sign can be framed or mounted to foam core board
and displayed on an easel
♥ WHAT SHOULD I HAVE MY CHART PRINTED ON? ♥
We think our charts look best printed on a matte finish paper but if you have
a portrait background you may want to choose a glossy. You can also have your
chart printed on canvas and mounted.
♥ HOW DO I ORDER? ♥
It's so simple.
1. Select your size & style from the dropdown and place in your cart!
2 ~ EMAIL US YOUR GUEST LIST

We will start on your design as soon as you place your order, and you email us
all your info.
3-RECIEVE YOUR PROOF WITHIN 24 HOURS
We will send your completed chart to proof to the email address on file with
Etsy. If you have no changes at this point, it is ready to print & ship. If
there are revisions we will make those and email you back the revised chart.
Revision can take up to 1 business day but most are done right away. After
final revision and your approval we will print & ship!

2. Wedding date
3. Color changes if desired -- Don't see the color you need? We can color
match any sample you would like to include in your email.
4. Any minor wording changes needed. Example:" Our Wedding" to "Please Find
your Seat" etc...
5. Your guest's names listed by table number or Alphabetically. You may send
an Excel spreadsheet or Word document.
▸▸ Include the capitalization, punctuation, and titles (Mr., Mrs.) exactly as
you wish them to appear on your seating chart. The names will be listed in that
- Layout changes are not included. Please message us before ordering if you're
unsure if your wording requests will cause a layout change (an additional fee
