the measurements I need to create this are:

NOTE!! - Take measurements while wearing the undercloths you expect to be
wearing under your dress. Whether the bodice is supported or not, measure
wearing your bra. In the event the bodice is supported, we will make the
adjustment on our end. As with all measurements, do not make any allowances, we
take this into account when we build the dress. We need pure measurements only.

TIP!! - Wear a belt when getting measured. Position the belt where you expect
the waist to be (Natural, high, low). Measure to the center of the belt while
keeping a perfectly vertical line that passes through your nipple while
following breast contour. Keep the waist location CONSISTENT!!
