Super easy design and print template. Microsoft word file with 8 badges
measuring 2-1/4" high by 3-1/2" wide. Use this template with Avery badge paper
(Template 74461) or with any paper to cut and place into badge holders.

I designed these for my 20th reunion. By scanning pictures from my high school
year book, I placed everyone's graduation portraits on their badge. Everyone
loved this, many classmates hadn't seen these pictures in years.

SEND ME A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
• School or class name - This will appear on top of badge as graphic text
• Reunion Year - This will appear on bottom of badge as graphic text
• Class or school colors (2 colors - a primary and secondary)
• School image (optional) - This will appear in background on school lined
paper. If you don't have one, I can use my default school image or leave as
just lined college paper background.

I do not keep custom orders open past 48 hours. I can not hold and wait for
information to be sent to me or message reminders. Please do not place your
order until you have gathered ALL your reunion template information. Orders
that do not include reunion information for templates within 24 hours will be

YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING FILES:
• Microsoft Word TEMPLATE doc. (2007 or later)
• College rule paper w/school image (PNG)
• XX School name graphic text (PNG)
• XX Year reunion graphic text (PNG)
• Temporary portrait image (place holder) - you will replace these with your
classmate photos

INSTRUCTIONS TO CUSTOMIZE:

1. Open Microsoft word .doc file

2. ADD YOUR TEXT
- Click on text box to make active (selected), click again onto text, to
start typing.

3. TO CHANGE BACKGROUND (if desired)
- Click background image.
- With it active (selected), click onto it again while holding down the
keyboard "Control" key.
- Drop down menu with options will appear, select "Change Picture"
- Navigate to your new image. It will replace image currently placed.

4. ADD YOUR CLASSMATES PHOTOS
- Click once on document background (white area behind lined paper image).
This will highlight everything on the document.
- With everything selected, hold the "Control" key and click onto a classmate
photo to replace.
- Drop down menu with options will appear, select "Change Picture"
- Navigate to your new classmate image. It will replace placeholder image.
- REPEAT as needed
- TIP - moving the background image to the side of the document while you do
this step is
helpful. Move it back into place when you are finished placing all your
classmate images.

5. PRINT, CUT and WEAR!
