We know, it may sound like a lot...but it's really not!!! All of the "NOTE TO
SELLER" information will help us get your proof to you as quickly as possible
and make turnaround times quicker since less edits will need to be done.

PROOFING:

After we receive your information we will send you a virtual proof. WE WILL
NOT PRINT without your approval so please check your messages regularly if you
are on a time crunch. Your final proof is solely based on how quickly you
respond to our messages.


PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Normally it takes 2-3 days to finish an order as long as wording and design
has been approved.

****KEEP IN MIND If changing/customizing colors....
The colors can vary from monitor to monitor and printer to printer. Please
view your proof from a computer screen rather then a smart phone or tablet.
These devices tend to alter the colors to more neon and will not give you a
true representation of the colors in most cases.

We would be happy to customize matching products including, but not limited to
wedding invitations, bridal shower invitations, banners, place cards, thank you
cards, tags, straw flags etc...Please convo us any ideas you may have or if

-Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

-All items are shipped via USPS First class Mail. Upgrades are available as
requested.

-We will happily ship to the gift recipient, as well as include a personal
note. Please leave such instructions in the "note to seller" box.

SHIPPING TIMES
-While packages arrive MUCH, MUCH sooner we allow the post office up to 2
weeks for Domestic delivery and 4-5 weeks for International delivery before
resending/refunding for non-delivery.

Thank you for understanding, while we pride ourselves on our organization and
timeliness, the USPS can be delayed by Mother Nature and circumstances out of
our control.

ADDRESS PRINTING

Who has time to address ALL those envelopes?! Have everything flow by matching
the addresses on your envelopes with the fonts used on your wedding
invitations. Using the matching font(s), we will print your return address and
each guest address for $1.25/envelope. All addresses should be sent through
email. We will ONLY copy and paste from your document to avoid any errors from
retyping.

Each of our invitation sets are created by hand through a delicate process. We
pay close attention to every beautiful detail from the hand cut papers or hand
torn paper edges to individually placed eyelets and brads. We take pride in the
individuality of each invitation. Everything we make will be fully assembled
and ready to be mailed to your guests. Careful thought and artistic detail is
put into designing every invitation and if you haven't found EXACTLY what you
want we LOVE customizing! We can help you with choosing different color
combinations and tweaking something from our portfolio, or we can start from
scratch and make you a one-of-a-kind invitation package...but only when placing
an order, we do not customize samples. We look forward to working with you and
creating an invitation like no other...remember, when giving a custom designed
wedding invitation, or hand-crafted product, you are giving a small gift of
