This skirt was a custom order and I thought I would share! Made with almost
500 yards of tulle this skirt is hand tied on ribbon.Please note there are
knots at the waistband and the ribbon simply ties and unties for easy dressing.
More than one color of tulle does result in multi colored knots. The colors
blend most when tutu is fluffed . Add your own top for your own look. We will
custom size according to your waist and length.
