unique design for her bridal boutique and welcomes custom designs as well!

A.Cherie's passion and devotion to the bridal industry has gained her
continuous success in her industry. A.Cherie has expanded into bridal
accessories, various couture collections as well as custom design. Please feel
free to shop the collection or if you have a custom request, the designer
herself would be more than happy to assist you.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE: Production time varies based on a variety of things so
please contact me via etsy messaging for more details in regards to your
specific design.
The production timeline will also be based on the date of when measurements
are received. Before beginning the process, A.Cherie will finalize all design
details before any production begins. Minimum production is 3 months. Rush
orders are welcomed, but will result in a rush order fee. All orders will
require a signed contract to make sure all shop polices are understood. Please
note even though the dress will be made to measurements, additional alterations
might be needed locally to achieve the desired fit of the client. Please plan
accordingly.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All Jewelry and Hair Accessories can be returned up to 3 days after receiving
the item. Buyer must pay for return shipping, & will not be refunded for
previous shipping. Please understand that all bridal sashes, veils and dresses
are NON-REFUNDABLE as well as custom orders. Like any other bridal boutique, I
can not accept returns on any wedding dresses.

CUSTOM ITEMS
All custom items cannot be returned and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the custom
aspect of the customer's design specs and measurements, I cannot accept
refunds. For all Custom Orders there will be a specific contract so the buyer
and I are on the same page in regards to all terms. By choosing to work with
me, you agree to all shop policies and fully commit to the process. I am very
passionate about my work and strive for the best customer service. If something
happens to be wrong with your order, please let me know within 3 days of
receiving your item
