Chic designed burgundy/off white sleeveless dress for a formal event or family

hoop underskirt) and a top with a round neckline. an open back makes it a

In the photo, the dress has a hoop skirt underneath, the dress could also be
worn without a petticoat. If you want to make the skirt look fuller, I
recommend buying a hoop.
