Please note these are slightly smaller than standard sizes. We feel that the
larger size is unnecessary with our minimalist style and can be less
attractive, so we exclusively print at the A6 size for our Main Invites.

Once ordered you will receive a digital design proof within 2-3 days. From
here we will commence the designing phase which can take to 1-3 weeks,
sometimes longer for extensive custom designs. Once the design has been
approved and signed off, a plate will be made of your design and the final
product will be printed and ship in around 14-21 days (depending on our current
schedule).

Turnaround times are only estimates. These times vary, so please contact us so
we can give a more accurate idea of the time scale.

Please contact us before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline and to
let us discuss any design options. We prefer to tailor orders specifically for
clients by setting up a custom listing just for you!

E N V E L O P E S

Envelopes are included in the above pricing, but we can leave them out if you
don't require them. These can be either plain colour (choosing from over 50
shades) or marble effect. Our envelopes are made from 135gsm luxury paper with
a wallet style flap. We also offer white vellum envelopes for an additional fee.


P A P E R

Our standard paper stock is 300-330gsm and is available in a range of colours
to suit your design. We also offer a pure white 600gsm paper stock for an extra
cost.

C O L O U R S

We can mix custom colours for £25.00 per ink. We can match to pantone solids
colour or a physical sample you have sent to us. We cannot match to colours we
have only seen on screen.
Inkless impressions (blind debossing) is a popular choice. We think it looks
great for larger detail, but we do not recommend for small text and fine
details which need to be read and understood. Inkless is priced as a separate
colour - so to have some coloured detail and some inkless detail would be a two
colour order.

We offer many different forms of addressing, letterpress printing of a return
address on either the Main envelope flap or the front of the RSVP envelopes.
Prices start from £60.00 for 50 envelopes.

We also offer guest addressing which is digitally printed. This service is
£1.00 per envelope.

We endeavour to reply to all emails within 3 days. We sometimes receive more
emails than we can reply to, so please bear with us and know that we will reply
to you as soon as we can.



T I M I N G S

Timings listed either on this website or on Etsy are estimates. Turnaround
times vary greatly from week to week, so we advice all customers to liaise with
us prior to placing an order to check turnaround times and availability.

Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 working days for initial design proofs
from our collection and 3-7 working days for custom designs. Our printing times
from approval of final design are between 10 - 18 working days.

These estimates give plenty of time to manage all aspects of an order, but
sometimes circumstances outside of our control can cause delays. This is very
unusual, but as it can happen we are unable to guarantee our turnaround times.



C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Cancellations with full refunds are only possible before any design work has
taken place, and cancellations occurring after designing has begun will receive
a refund of no more than 50%.



P R O O F S

Design proofs are sent either via email or Etsy messages. It is vital that you
check these proofs thoroughly as any errors that are approved as a final design
and then sent to print are not the responsibility of Tankerville Press. This
includes spelling, grammar, and all other aspects of the design. Any reprints
will be charged in full.



C O L O U R S + F I N I S H

Colours sent through on digital files will not always display accurately on
your screen so the printed colour may appear differently. The best way to get a
true idea of the colour is to order a sample of that ink colour. Due to the
nature of letterpress printing, however, the thickness of the ink which is
applied varies, so we cannot guarantee ink colour will be exactly the same
shade each time.

As each piece is printed and cut by hand slight variations in the prints may
occur, this is just part of the charm of printing on a 105 year old press!



S A M P L E S

Samples are a means of showing you the quality of printing as well as a good
idea of the colour and size. Due to the huge variables in the printing process
we cannot guarantee we will be able to replicate exactly what is seen on a
sample.
