Our convertible dress can be created into infinity styles, like one shoulder,
halter neck, etc.. You can change the look of neck waistline and back by wrap
and twist the straps. Each dress come with a matching bandeau if you would like
more coverage. The dress are made unhemmed raw edge, which makes the dress
looks more flattering. Our dress is one size fits most, and of course totally
maternity friendly, requires zero alterations expect have a local seamstress
cut it shorter to fit if needed.

Our dress allows bride easily create a mismatched bridesmaid dress look. It is
a perfect, timeless piece for any occasion like wedding, formal party, cocktail
evening, prom, and maternity photo shoot as well.

well, we have concluded some tips to the top concerns our customer may have
before order their bridesmaid dresses.

❤ Size and color concern
If you are concerned about the color and size, we advice you to purchase the
color swatches and one dress for testing the size before order all the
bridesmaid dresses.

❤ Already have dress(es) purchased from other shop
If you have already ordered a dress from other seller and would need more
dresses of the same color, we advise to order all dresses from one seller to
avoid color shading, cause mostly dresses from different seller would not
matched in color even they are named the same.

come with a matching bandeau.

Regular Size/ Waist=23.5”-36”, Skirt Length=47.5”, Straps are 16” wide and 82”
long, bandeau is 30” circumference and 10” height
Plus Size/ Waist=37”-55”, Skirt Length=47.5”, Straps are 18.5” wide and 82”
long, bandeau is 39.5” circumference and 10” height

Knee Length Dress
Regular Size/ Waist=23.5”-36”, Skirt Length=26.5”, Straps are 16” wide and 82”
long, bandeau is 30” circumference and 10” height
Plus Size/ Waist=37”-55, ” Skirt Length=26.5”, Straps are 18.5” wide and 82”
long, bandeau is 39.5” circumference and 10” height

Regular size fits 0-16 US Women Size
Plus size fits 18-28 US Women Size

❤ What SIZE should I choose?
If your waist measurement is 23.5”-36”, the regular size would fit. We
recommend you the plus size if your waist measurement is over 37 inches. Our
plus size dress fits waist of 37”-55”.

❤ Could you make the dress LONGER/ SHORTER?
We make dress skirt 47.5" the longest. If you need shorter dresses, please
don't hesitate to message us.

We have posted the instructions behind the dress photos.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for get how-to-wear instructions, if you
need to distribute the instructions to your bridesmaids. We would gladly to
send you via message or Email. To make our business more environmental, we will
not enclose instruction sheets in the package.

【 S H I P P I N G - S C H E D U L E 】

All dress order will be shipped in within 1-2 weeks.
Swatch order 3-5 days.
Domestic shipping takes about 7-10 days.
International shipping may vary due to many reasons, such as custom clearance,
strike and weather. It normally takes about 10-15 days.
!!! If you need you order sooner then our schedule, please contact us before
submit your order.

【 P O L I C Y 】

❤ Cancellation
All order can be canceled before it was shipped, please contact us ASAP if you
want to cancel your order. Cancellation order will receive a full refund. If
the order was shipped before you contact us for cancellation it can be return,
please refer our return policy below.

❤ Return & Exchange

> We gladly accept return and exchange for trial dress. Return for orders of
bulk dresses (3 dresses or above) without ordering trial dress are not accepted.
> How to return
a. The dress must be in its original clear bag, keep in its original
Condition, unwashed, undamaged, clean, free of human/animal hair and perfume.
b. Contact us for return within 2 days of delivery. We will send you return
address.
c. Ship the dress back within 5 days of delivery and send us the tracking
number.
d. We received the package and verify, then will do refund.
> How to exchange
a. The dress must be in its original clear bag, keep in its original
Condition, unwashed, undamaged, clean, free of human/animal hair and perfume.
b. Contact us for return ASAP, we will send you return address and link to pay
for shipping of the dress you want to exchange for.
c. Ship the dress back ASAP and send us the tracking number.
d. The new dress will be send ASAP after you ship out the dress.
❤ Refund
For return or exchange an order, shipping cost will not be refunded. THE BUYER
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH SHIPPING COSTS OF BACK AND FORTH.

❤ Incorrect address
Please confirm that you leave a correct address when place an order. The
address can be changed any time before we ship the order if it’s incorrect.
If your address was incorrect, the package would be return to sender. We
gladly reship your order, and the buyer is responsible for reshipping.

❤ Shipping costs as below
Domestic order, the shipping costs $12.75 for one dress and $8.5 for each of
the other dress(es).
International order, the shipping costs $24.5 for one dress, $16.5 for each of
the other dress(es).
