One-of-a-Kind Art Jacket created from a vintage Indian silk sari in size
30/32, fully lined, very lightweight and easy to wear elegance for a special
day in your life when only the best will do.

A gorgeous sari I found in a shop in Varanasi, India several years back
languished for a while and then inspired this amazing Tunic Length Kimono
Jacket. The transformation is achieved by careful, artful planning of the
existing elements of the sari to use everything in the best possible way.

This jacket is our Size 1X (30/32) and is seen here on Kinu, who's our size L
(26/28). These masterpiece jackets are quite versatile size-wise.

The diaphanous silk georgette fabric is backed and lined with featherlight
silk and sandwashed rayon to keep the jacket light and easy to wear at any time
of year.

Working with vintage fabrics is a passion of mine. They speak in subtle
whispers, telling me what they want to be, how they'd like to reemerge into the
world.
