I design and create dresses in my small atelier in the center of Kyiv. I adore
couture tailoring, and this is why Cathy Telle gowns are 70-80% hand-made. When
cutting out lace fragments, I strive to keep the ornament intact, and for this
reason some details have to be sewn together by hand using a transparent threat
so that the ornament maintains its integrity. I also make most gown fittings,
such as loops made from silk thread, silk petals for decoration, and fabric
covered buttons, myself in my workspace. I often dye fabrics into semitones for
the decorations to look more varied and voluminous. All decorations of our
gowns are hand-made. I pay a lot of attention to the creation of the template
and the mock-up dress, as my main objective here is to make sure that the dress
will look on the bride exactly as she expects.

CUSTOMIZATION

We make dresses for all our brides based on their individual measurements and
wishes.
We can combine details from different gown models (e.g. skirts or bodices),
change colors and fabrics.
If you wish to change the lace, I can also create one specifically for you. I
will draw the ornaments and work on teh lace machine myself.
I can also create a completely new gown design for you based on your
preferences.

REMOTE ORDER SERVICE

My workspace is located in Ukraine and I realize that not many of the brides
will be able to come for the fitting. I have set up the order placement so that
our cooperation will be safe for you and you will receive exactly the dress you
want. I will discuss all the details with you until your dress is finished and
delivered to you.

- First, you will receive a simple to follow illustrated instruction for
taking measures.
- Since it will be impossible to try on the gown, I will create a mock-up
dress and will send it for you to try on. It will allow to double-check the
size and confirm all important details, such as the place of the waistline,
depth of the neckline, and sleeve length, and to make all necessary
alternations.
- Also you will receive fabric samples and will be able to choose and confirm
the fabric for the gown.
- You will receive pictures of the gown making process to confirm every detail.
- I will send you pictures of your finished gown before shipping.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR GOWN SPECIAL

Two years ago I found a piece of my grandma's handcrafted lace and I felt like
she is still with me. I decided to keep this lace for my future wedding gown
and though that it will be a nice idea to give an opportunity to every Cathy
Telle bride to make her gown even more special. If you have some piece of great
personal value to you, we can add it to your wedding gown as a visible or
hidden detail. This is a good occasion to evoke family memories and find things
that remind you of those you love. You can also ask your mother or another

GOWN PRODUCTION TIME FRAMES

Standard production of a custom gown takes at least 2 months. Urgent orders
take up to 5 days with an additional payment of 30%.
We give discounts for early booking: 10% from 12 months, 15% from 18 months.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We have about 70 gowns in stock. Please let us know if you need the gown
urgently. To determine your size we need your chest and waist measurements, as
well as your height. If we have the necessary gown in stock we will ship it
immediately.

SHIPMENT
The shipment terms are discussed individually and may depend on your region.
International shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Express shipment within 3-5 days is
subject to additional fees.

REFUND

Our garments are not refundable, but we will replace the gown with another one
if the garment is wrong for one or several of these reasons: it is made of a
different fabrics than you had received before, it has a different size than
you had confirmed based on the test garment. You have to inform us about the
necessity of replacement within 5 days after your order has arrived.

We do not accept cancellations. If you have made an order but do not need this
garment any more, you may enquire about the making of another garment or may
keep this payment for a future order. Please contact us as soon as you make a
decision to stop the making of the ordered garment. Please note that if we have
already finished any part of the garment by the time of notification, we will
not be able to keep the full payment for your next order.
