customized for you. Your completed custom files will be sent via email. You can
print as many as you need at home or at a local printer. No physical item will
be shipped. It's quick and easy!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Complete your order: At checkout, please provide the following details in
the "Note to Seller" section:

-Bride and Groom Names:
-Wedding Date:
-Guest List with Corresponding Table Numbers (Please write the names exactly
as you'd like them to appear, including capitalization. Please proofread all
names, and double-check all spelling and spacing before sending it.)
*You may choose to email these details to hannah[at]gillaspiedesigns.com
rather than add them in the "Note to Seller" section*
-Please also specify which seating chart version you would like: View the
first two product photos for samples. Please choose Version A or Version B

2. You will receive a low resolution proof of your files within 3 business
days from time of purchase. You may request up to 2 rounds of revisions at no
additional cost. Turnaround time for each revision is up to 2 business days.
Each round of edits after the first two or after the final files are sent will
cost $10.

3. Once the final file has been approved, it will be saved and sent to you via
email.

4. Files will be sent as a high resolution PDF file. A second PDF file with
bleed and crop marks will be included along with the exact size PDF file.

NOTE: Colors may vary slightly in appearance based on screens and printers.
