DESCRIPTION

You are purchasing a high resolution digital file in PDF format that may be
used to print as many copies as you wish at your local print shop or ordered
through an online print service.

Your file will include:

1) An invitation (and any additional cards) individually with bleed and crop
marks that can be sent to a commercial printer AND

2) A file ready to be used at a print shop on 8.5x11 letter sized paper (2
invitations per sheet / 4 RSVP cards per sheet) AND

3) Instructions and suggestions for printing along with a list of online
sources where you may purchase envelopes and accessories to match your
invitation.

SIZES:
- All invitations are 5”x7” with a .25” bleed and fit A7 Envelopes
(5.25”x7.25”).
- RSVP Cards are 5”x3.5” and fit A1 Envelopes.
- Other Cards (Details/Reception/Direction/Website/Etc.) may be customized
upon request. Default is 5”x3.5” or 4”x6” depending on volume of text and
content of each card.


NOTES

♥ Two (2) Revisions included per purchase. Additional revisions cost $5/per.

Fulfillment time is 3-5 business days. Proofs and Finalized Files will be
delivered via email.

♥ Rush orders available for a printable file within 24 hours. Additional rush
fee of $15.


♥ If you need help wording your invitation I am happy to assist you in
determining the proper etiquette and determining what fits you best as a
couple. Please convo me for assistance.

♥ Colors may vary depending on your monitor, printer, and type of paper.

♥ For printing, heavy card stock is recommended (approximately 100-120lbs.)
Check with your printer regarding paper choices and always request a printed
proof that you approve in person prior to printing.

♥ For invitations with solid color backgrounds or ink rich images, we highly
suggest utilizing a print shop instead of printing from a home printer. The
quality difference is worth it!

♥ Due to the nature of this product, refunds are not granted after the first
proof is received.


THE PROCESS

(1) PURCHASE

(2) CUSTOMIZE: Wording and background colors can be changed. Design flourishes
and floral images may sometimes be altered, please ask prior to purchase. 



Information Required prior to first proof:
♥ Specific Wording of invitation / Additional Cards
♥ Names, Wedding Date, Time, Location
♥ RSVP Details - When should they RSVP by? RSVP via website/mail/email? Menu
selections? Transportation? Childcare?
♥ Requests for color changes
 (Please inquire prior to purchase if you desire
change in color of floral elements or design flourishes.)

(3) REVIEW & APPROVAL: Upon receipt of the above information, you will receive
a proof within 3-5 business days. Once you receive the proof, please provide
any corrections or requests for changes if a second proof is necessary. Once
changes have been requested, a second proof will be returned to you within 2
business days. When the final proof is approved, your final files will be
emailed to you.
