Custom-made rules
All custom-made(size) order doesn't support return and refund.

*Please be aware that your gown may need additional alterations for a perfect
fit by a tailor after you receive it and the buyer is responsible for these
costs, because we are unable to do pre-fittings and each body proportions are
unique. Though you’ve ordered based on your measurements and clothing size,
It’s typical for a bride to have three to four fittings to get everything just
right. Every dress should be altered, even if it's only a little, to ensure
proper fit. Please make sure to leave room in your budget for them.

custom-made(size) fee is $30CAD. If you would like to order custom made size,
please choose custom made option in size options. Plus size fee is also $20CAD
if the size is bigger than US16.
We only begin to make the dress after we get all the dimensions and also the
order and extra fee (custom-made fee and plus size fee) is paid.

*Shipment: The dress is made to order. Processing time is different for
different designs, it’s about 15- 45 days ( Will much longer in peak season -
From January to July )

International Shipping for the Premium dress takes about 5-10 days.

We will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.
Buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties,
and taxes for importation into your charges for refused shipments. The shipping
cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs
duties.

*Returns:
As a honest seller, if your product arrives in a defective manner,
mis-shipped, please contact us in 3days However, if the item is not quality
problem and faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does
not fit, or just because you do not like it, sorry, please kindly note that we
will not accept your return and refund. Depends on the dress, exchange the size
might be possible but return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

*Color Mismatch:
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color
reflection in the monitor, lighting, background

*Order Cancellations
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important
undertaking and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However,
it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the
creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Once your order has
been proceeded, it can no longer be cancelled.
