Delivery times and shipping:

Within Germany: 3 - 5 days from receipt of payment
To the EU abroad: 3 - 9 days from receipt of payment

For personalized stamps, you will receive your personal draft within 24 hours
of receipt of your payment on weekdays via the Etsy messaging function or by
email.
After your release of the design, your stamp will be produced. The production
usually takes 1 -2 business days.

Schönzeug's stamps are shipped by DHL. Shipping usually takes 1 - 3 business
days within Germany. The shipping time abroad can be extended by a few days (3
- 7 business days).

If you order several items from our shop to be sent to the same delivery
address, the shipping costs will only be charged once.


Due to small business status in accordance with Section 19 of the UStG, VAT is
not shown on the invoice.
