We accept exchanges for a different size.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges
should be received by us within 7 days of package delivery, and we MUST be
provided a tracking number for the return items when they are shipped back to
us (please put an order number in the box). If the item is not returned in its
original condition with a tag, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item is not in original condition, we will not accept the exchange. All
shipping charges associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the
buyer. This includes shipping for the exchange package. When you purchase one
of our items, you are agreeing to this policy. We are a very small shop so we
cannot afford to provide free exchange shipping. Thank you for your
understanding.


* Steps - If you need an exchange.
1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange and be
given our Return Address.
2. Please ship out the dress and provide us a tracking number for the return
items.
3. Once we receive the item, we will send you a link for the shipping fee so
that we can ship out different size dress to you.

If you need different size ASAP, please purchase another dress as a new order
so that we can ship it out sooner.
Once we receive the return item from you, we will give you a refund for the
dress minus two shipping fees we paid for an exchange.
